Rules for all YA Bliss Giveaways:

Giveaways are open to anyone who enters, unless it's specified otherwise. No need to be followers of this blog.
Must be 13 years or older to enter or provide a parent or guardian authorization through email: yabliss AT gmail DOT com.
Each giveaway will specify if it is open to US entrants or if open Internationally.
Winner is chosen through Random.org
Winners are notified through the email address provided on forms.
Winners have 48 hours to answer before a new winner is chosen.
If address is required in form, it will only be used for winner and forms are erased after winner is chosen.
I host giveaways but I am not responsible for prizes that are shipped by a third party.
I am not responsible for packages lost in the mail.
YAHF Challenge Giveaways are excluded from these rules and treated differently. They are for Challenge participants only.
