Hush Hush by Becca Fitzpatrick

Romance was not part of Nora Grey's plan. She's never been particularly attracted to the boys at her school, no matter how hard her best friend, Vee, pushes them at her. Not until Patch comes along. With his easy smile and eyes that seem to see inside her, Patch draws Nora to him against her better judgment.
But after a series of terrifying encounters, Nora's not sure whom to trust. Patch seems to be everywhere she is and seems to know more about her than her closest friends. She can't decide whether she should fall into his arms or run and hide. And when she tries to seek some answers, she finds herself near a truth that is way more unsettling than anything Patch makes her feel.
For she is right in the middle of an ancient battle between the immortal and those who have fallen -- and, when it comes to choosing sides, the wrong choice will cost Nora her life.
I really enjoyed this book. It sure keeps you in the edge of your seat. It was really hard to pull myself away from the pages. Even though, the romance was not as yummy as I normally enjoy, Patch is a great character. Mysterious, dark and incredibly hot! One word: perfect. I really liked Nora too; she is what I would call a perfectly normal girl, not too good, not bad.
The plot was well done. I think she kept us waiting to long, but she managed the mystery very nicely. I had no idea what would happen or how the story would turn out. The writing was good, a tiny bit confusing on some points, but fairly good in others.
This is a whole other level of a cover. It can't really be rated with other covers. It is just beyond amazing and incredible, and most importantly, so entirely fitting and appropriate. I would dare to say it is one of my favorite covers ever. For Twilight fans, for people who enjoy paranormal romances and mystery this book is definitely for you!
